2014 season

After five years of racing in Europe, Henk de Boer returned both Panoz DP01’s to the United States. Already his first race would be an historic event: he would be the first driver to drive a Champ Car at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway since 1995. It would also be the first time a Panoz DP01 turned laps on an oval track. 

De Boer would finish second in his class at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, while already winning both races in his second outing at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
